Proverbs 29: 18
Psalms 53: 1-6
In Psalm 53 God seems to be taking a look backward at his creation of man through the eyes of David, his servant who had won the Father’s love and favor by “seeking the very heart of God” (1 Samuel 16: 7). From the get-go, the Creator had sought fellowship with the man, that he might uplift God’s name before the world (Rev. 4: 11) (Isa.43: 7). In return, mankind would be given the highest hierarchy over the rest of God’s creation and be expected to be accountable for its continued care and well-being (Gen 1: 26-28). However, even being created in God’s image (Gen. 5: 1), humanity would allows itself to be deceived by “the god of this world”, Satan, a fallen angel. The results of humanity’s fallibility would cause the Father great grief and humanity great pains and sorrows with empty promises and rewards (John 15: 5).
Humanity’s newly identified nature called Sin by the Father would place the creature at odds with the Creator for the remainder of his existence. While observing His creative beings daily, the Father concluded that the thoughts of their hearts were continually evil (Gen. 6: 5). As a whole mankind had rejected God and the Father’s response was “the fool has said in his heart, there is no God” (Psa. 53: 1).
It would be apparent in passing generations, teaching of the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit would be less and less important. Self-autonomy, self-reliance, and self-satisfaction would supersede man’s dependence on the Creator and provide false hope of attaining lasting joy, peace, and love. God would repeatedly extend warnings of “life without me, ye can do nothing” (John 15: 5).
Humanity is now in its 21st century of existence. Prophetic statements from previous generations spoke of a “time that God winked at the sins of mankind due to ignorance” (Acts 17: 30). That time has ended long ago. The Creator had destroyed and restarted creation previously (Gen. 6: 8). He would not hesitate doing it a second time (2 Pet. 3: 10-12) (Rev. 21: 1) (Isa. 24: 1-3).
It is a fact that the Holy Bible is the most published and purchased book in history. In 2025 alone, there were over 19 million Bibles sold in the United States, marking a 21 year high. However, it may be the most unread book in history as well. Possessing a Bible does not quality one to profess its purpose to reveal the Father’s will, call people to repentance, and build up the Father’s Church.
There is fast approaching the day when “time on earth as we know it will cease” (Rev. 10: 6). Prophetic scriptures declaring Jesus’ return, number over 500 times. According to prophesy the time of Christ’ return will be characterized by chaotic conditions with people distracted by global upheaval, including wars, famines, and widespread persecutions of believers in Jesus the Christ. When the Lord Jesus descends from Heaven with a shout, and with the voice of the archangel, and with the Trump of God, those on earth will be caught totally unaware and in shock (1 Thess. 4: 14-18) (1Thess. 5: 2) (Rev. 16: 15). Upon the sound of the Trump of God, all will hear and see Him, even them that pierced Him at the Cross (Rev. 1: 7).
Mankind is notorious for scheduling several activities simultaneously to accomplish as much for himself as possible for the time at hand. Predictable times of behavior and events at Christ’s return are noted in Scripture (Matt. 24: 37-39). Mankind is often oblivious to God’s calling by turning a deaf ear to the Father. God’s timing of leading into “the latter days” of life on earth may be subtle or supernatural, but yet clear and concise. God’s promises are certain and everlasting, unmistakably delivered, and timely (Gen. 12: 3) (Ezek. 31: 18). When the Father declares that time on earth is over and the Trump of God shall sound, there will be no need for blowing the Trump of God more than once. One time will be quite sufficient for getting humanity’s ear and attention (1Thess.4: 13-18) (Rev.6: 15-17).
