The Little Things in Life

The little things we do in life (Col. 3: 23)
Reflect to those we love.
For sharing then, deep thought within, (1 Thess. 5: 11)
We please the One above. (Eccl. 12: 13)

For each day’s filled with time to spare.
No plans need made, to say. (Heb. 13: 16)
To those when near, that we hold dear
We love a special way. (Gal. 6: 2)

At times, our lives get crowded
With wants, instead of needs. (Phil. 4: 19)
We rearrange, the clutter of things,
So, life for our Lord, we please. (Psalm 37: 4)

The “god of this world” is deceiving. (John 8: 44)
And we are no match for him, here. (Eph. 5: 6) (1 John 3: 7)
I share this with you, so you know what to do
When “this god” starts bending your ear.

Remember how much that God loves you. (John 3: 16) (Rom. 5: 8)
His plan for your life with all splender
Live every day, to stay on “The Way” (John 14: 6)
That then, is when, you remember. (John 14: 26)
